During this discussion, we will take a closer look at transatlantic economic relations and evaluate the future of German-American trade relations under the new Biden-Harris administration.

Professor Dieter Kempf has been President of the Federation of German Industries (BDI) since 2017. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Messe AG and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the “Allianz für Cybersicherheit”. Starting his career at Arthur & Young, where he served as Managing Director, he later joined the board of the IT service-provider DATEV eG in Nuremberg. Under his leadership, the group developed into one of the leading companies in its sector in Europe.
