Geographically, historically and, at the latest since Brexit, politically and economically, the United Kingdom has become an important bridge across the Atlantic. So it is only logical that Atlantik-Brücke has had a very lively and increasingly active regional chapter in London for many years. The year 2023 also had a lot in store: A visit to the British Museum in February, a dinner with Dr. Norbert Röttgen in June and a reception with the German Ambassador Miguel Berger in November. Over dinner at the German House in Belgrave Square, Alicia Kearns MP analyzed the geopolitical challenges facing the London-Berlin-Washington triangle with the Ambassador and our Chairman, Sigmar Gabriel. The London Regional Group is characterized in particular by the high level of engagement of its members.
